Dr. Altaf Jalil, Retired Professor and Former Chairman of the Department of Organization Strategy and Leadership, Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka, is a distinguished academic with over three decades of experience in teaching, research, and leadership development. Renowned for his contributions to strategic management and organizational behavior, he has mentored countless business leaders and academicians. Dr. Thoufiq is serving as a Professor since 2016. He has contributed more than six (6) research books in social science discipline. He is also performing role in editorial panel and published twenty-seven (27) articles in various local and international journals. He attended many international conferences. Prof. Thoufiq gave lecture in Western Washington University, USA on one of his seminal work related to the diffusion of innovation. He marked his research credentials by leading twenty-seven (27) projects. He is also connected with different industries as a professional corporate trainer.
